About the Instructor
Dean Clegg is a Graduate of the Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts in Orlando, FL and has been owner of Clegg Sound Associates, Rochester, NH (formerly SRC Sound, Eliot, Maine) since 1996.
Having an extensive list of show credits and clientele, Mr. Clegg has dozens of mixing credits and has nurtured the carriers of sound engineers who now work with nationally touring acts.
In 1994 Mr. Clegg engineered for and instructed students at the National Guitar Summer Workshops in New Milford, CT prior to continuing live sound education at the Kittery, Maine adult education program.
In 2000, Mr. Clegg was awarded the sound contract for the McDonalds Gospel festivals in NY, NJ and Connecticut. Mr. Clegg has engineered for the popular NPR program, Michael Feldman’s “Whad Ya’ Know”.
More recent CSA clients have included President Barack Obama’s 2007& 2008 NH campaign sound requirements and CSA’s 7th year at The Prescott Park Arts Festival in Portsmouth, NH. Mr. Clegg is a recipient of the White House Communication Agency’s recognition certificate for outstanding services to the President of the United States in January 2002.
In 2003, (then SRC Sound) became the first company in Maine and New Hampshire to purchase high performance line array technology and offer it to its clients.
